D’urville Island April 2015

It was a great trip down to Rodgers batch on D’urville Island. There was a couple of beauty crays captured 10.6 and a 9.8lb. Shane, Ricardo, Ben and Neil tested out the trip and it was a huge success. Because of this we are planning a big club wide trip in 2016. Hopefully we can get a few boats down there.

Mataikona Trip 2013

It was a great trip to Mataikona. We managed to get a free dive in to collect some Pauas. Pete tried out his customised Paua mulcher which worked great! We also got in a small hunt and the boys rallied around to get a quick butchery lesson of the bambi caught. A great family trip away.

Removal of Asbestos – 4th July 2015

On Saturday 4th July the Asbestos was removed from the club rooms. There was a great turn out of members to help with the work. We have now received the all clear certificate so we can now proceed with the investigation of how much of the club rooms we can salvage.

Thank you to Darren Mead, Mike Briggs, Gary Phelps, Riccardo Giacon, FM, GT, Peter Martin, Todd, Gary Ashton and Tomo.
